1. Legal Compliance
These Terms are drafted in accordance with:

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Indian law.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If using on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
3. Product Information & Pricing
We make best efforts to ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, ingredient details, allergen information, and expiry dates.
     •All prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as specified.
     •Applicable GST rates will be clearly mentioned on invoices.
     •We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with full refund.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
     •Stock unavailability

      •Suspected fraud or misuse

     •Incorrect pricing
     •Regulatory restrictions
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within the timelines prescribed under Indian consumer laws.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, courier disruptions, natural calamities, strikes, or governmental restrictions. Risk of damage transfers upon delivery to the customer.
6 Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
Due to the perishable nature of chocolates:
•Returns are generally not accepted unless the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered.
•Complaints must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
•Refunds/replacements will comply with Consumer Protection Act provisions.
No arbitrary cancellation charges will be imposed unless clearly disclosed.
7. User Obligations
You agree not to:
•Provide false information
•Engage in fraudulent transactions
•Post unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content
•Violate intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, product designs, and materials are proprietary to TheChocoGenz and protected under Indian intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under Indian law, our liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In compliance with E-Commerce Rules, we appoint a Grievance Officer. Response Time: Within 48 hours Resolution Time: Within 30 days
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
