Shipping Policy

At TheChocoGenz, we are committed to delivering your chocolates and confectionery products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and responsibilities in compliance with applicable Indian laws.
1. Order Processing Time
•All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
•Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
•During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once the order is successfully placed.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on the serviceability of the courier partner in your location.
For bulk, corporate, or customized orders, shipping timelines may vary and will be communicated separately.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time:
•Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
•Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to:

•Government restrictions
•Force majeure events
TheChocoGenz shall not be held liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
4. Shipping Charges
•Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
•Free shipping offers, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the website.
•All applicable taxes, including GST, will be mentioned on the invoice as per the GST Act, 2017.
5. Order Tracking
Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. Customers may track their shipment through the courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery as per their policy (usually 2–3 attempts). If delivery fails due to:
•Incorrect address
•Customer unavailability
•Refusal to accept delivery
The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery:
•Do not accept the package.
•Take clear photographs of the package.
•Report the issue to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery attempt.
Claims raised beyond this period may not be entertained due to the perishable nature of chocolates.
8. Risk of Loss
In accordance with applicable laws, risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.
9. Perishable Product Disclaimer
Chocolates are temperature-sensitive products. While we use protective packaging, TheChocoGenz is not liable for minor melting or softening caused by high temperatures during transit unless the product is completely damaged or unusable.
